Years ago, I purchased a Grund paddle brush. I absolutely love it but our pup got ahold of it. When I tried to replace it, I was unable to find one, so I tried to duplicate it. After spending over $100 on paddle brushes, I found Surface and purchased both the contour and paddle brush. The contour feels more like my Grund paddle brush, except it's smaller. The paddle brush is well made, very sturdy, but the bristle pad lacks the sponginess that I like and the bristles were on the smaller side for the quality brush it was.
